Shipping & Returns

Shipments in Italy and abroad are made by express courier. As required by the laws regulating trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Orders are shipped by “AF Project srl”, from Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.

Orders for items that are already available are shipped the first working day following the day the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods. Your credit card will be charged on the day of the order.

In all cases, “AF Project srl” reserves the right to postpone shipment in the event of force majeure events.

All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with “AF Project srl” and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests the return to the sender, any shipping costs, charged to “AF Project srl”, will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.

“AF Project srl” shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance ceases to be valid.

We would like to remind our new customers that “AF Project srl” can ask Paypal to verify the transaction, also by contacting the counterparty bank, before the actual charge is made to the customer's credit card. This verification could cause some delay in the shipment of your first order.

“AF Project srl” reserves the right to request new Customers to ship the goods to the billing address of the same.

Returns & Exchanges

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the date of delivery. It is necessary to send an email request to The shipping costs of the returned product are borne by the Customer.

The return must be sent to the logistics office in via Duomo 45 cap 80138 Naples ground floor. From Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:30. AF Project srl will refund the Customer the amount already paid excluding shipping costs. The product must be returned in an intact state of conservation, with the original labels and with careful packaging in order to safeguard the original packaging .

Changes

The right of exchange can be exercised within 14 days of receiving the goods by sending the company a communication by filling in the appropriate exchange form available on the site.

Shipping costs for exchanges will be entirely borne by the buyer/customer.
